Can’t make purchased song a ringtone

Bought a song thought they were all downloadable to create as a ringtone but no have to purchase just a tone my question is why isn’t that explained better? Why isn’t half the **** on here explained better ? I know apple is down millions upon millions in your stock I know because I personally lost thousands but not being a sore loser but why not explaining **** better I know you love conceiving people for more money but really dude you need my 1.29$ so bad you would make me believe I can buy this and use it and not tell me I can’t until after purchase ?!like wtf come on man already paid over a grand for the phone 300$ headphones 500$ watch and you can be straight up because you need my 1.29$ also . What the ffff do I need to purchase a single song for when I have Spotify pandora Apple Music and all downloadable for free ?!? About had it with this **** apple
