If you mean the Bluetooth option, go into the Bluetooth setting on the iPod and next to the name of the Sonos device is a letter i in a circle. Tap the i and then tap the Forget This Device option that appears.
If you mean a Wi-Fi connection, go into the Wi-Fi setting on your iPod and tap on the letter i next to the Sonos name. Then tap the Forget this Network message.
