Unable to change the country/region after cancelling subscriptions

Hi, I need to change my country from App Store (where I am currently reside) to install an apps. It says that I should unsubscribe all the subscriptions that I have. I did unsubscribe, but I still couldnt install the apps and back and forth says I have to unsubsribe first.
