I'm trying to configure OS level Network Extension with my macOS app. I'm getting the below error when I try to connect
System extension request failed: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSSystemExtensionErrorDomain error 1.)
Can anyone share the procedure should I follow ?

You can choose to remove this add-on firewall, and use the built-in pf packet filter firewall. (/etc/pf.conf and such)
If this is a third-party app you are working with, contact the developer.
If this is your firewall app, then this is your XPC issue to troubleshoot.
Yes, it was the latest version 14.4.1. Now I can able to run the app but facing the below issue (log message)
If you’re really on macOS 14.1, try an update, and try again?
