Pages Access to Photos on iPhone 13 Pro

I am no longer permitted to use my Photo Library in Pages on iPhone 13 Pro (17.4.1). As Pages is an Apple app I am extremely surprised to find Private Access only locked when I go to Settings, Privacy & Security, Photos, Pages. Even Google Photos is allowed Full Access. I'm sure this is another Apple easy, click here, change this setting fix but I have wasted an hour looking for a way to access my Photos from Pages to no avail. My Settings, Screen Time, Content & Privacy Restrictions is toggled off. Thank you in advance.
