How to copy iTunes library to Apple Music library complete with playlists?

I have a 90gig iTunes library complete with many playlists (from an older Macbook, Sierra) that I'd like to copy across to a newer Macbook (2015, Monterey), running Apple Music.

Unfortunately my older Macbook died so I can't do any exporting from the older library.

Is there a way to do this including import all playlists.

I have the original iTunes folder with all files on a backup drive.
