THE CLEAR HISTORY BUTTON ON SAFARI FROM THE IPAD IS GONE?!

Good morning!! 👋😄✨ how are y’all doing today? So, I have a problem while i’m on the Safari browser for some internet time on my dad’s iPad… THERE IS NO “CLEAR HISTORY” BUTTON ON THERE ‼️😫‼️ and as you can see, here’s this photo of what it looks like:

Also, the one on the settings that says “clear history and website data” was greyed out like this:

You see…? This is the problem that i got too worried about…and I can’t even delete the browsing history without the button that says so. I’m so upset when this happens since i found out that there’s no “clear history” button on the Safari app, and my dad and I don’t even know how to fix it… 😞 Can anyone please tell me the things on how to fix this problem of getting the “clear history” button back…? 🤔💭
