Since my phone has been stolen I've been trying to reset another password because I forgot my Apple ID password, now they changed my Apple ID mobile numbers so that I no longer receive code whenever I try to reset the password. Will I still be able to get my Apple ID back even after they changed my details?

I did, reported at iStore as well and even went as far as contacting support since It's an emergency issue.
