After changing my email password, I cannot recieve email
My email was hacked. I changed my email carrier password, but not I cannot receive email.

You will also need to change the email password on your device. Start by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [name of account]. There will be 2 locations where you will need to update the password. The first one is the incoming mail server and the other one is the Outgoing Mail Server called the SMTP server.
The location of the settings changes a little but depending on if your email account is the IMAP or POP type as shown on that page. Usually you can get to the SMTP server password by tapping SMTP on that page, then on the next page you tap the name of the Primary Server there. You will then see the location to enter the Password.
