Unsupported Bluetooth devices

I am using a iPad Pro news generation, software is up today. I just received my news ICOM 705 with blow tooth. When I try to pair it, I get ICOM BT (IC705) not supported. The ICOM uses Bluetooth 1.12 …. The apps I use requirers Bluetooth connection. These apps I payed for and can’t use due to the problem. Any advise, other radio operators use the same radio, and apps.
