Unable to subscribe to Apple Tv in India

I have been trying to subscribe to Apple TV for quite some time now and this is has gone into a completely broken user experience

When I go tv.apple.com, I am presented with the following screen

I click on Accept Free Trial and I am presented with the following screen

I sign in with my Apple account and get the following

When I click suscribe I get to this

After clicking Continue,

The blank space is where my upi id exists, when I click it "Continue", a small circle appears at the end and nothing else happens. I open my linked UPI app but I cant see a request for Rs. 5. Because of this, after a certain point in time this error pops up and I am unable to do anything

So I decided to take another route and change the preferred payment method to Apple Gift Card through the App store. So I follow the help content, I go to App store and login to be presented with this screen. Please note that the amount at the bottom shoes Rs. 1000 when in fact it should be Rs. 1100

I click on "Account Settings" to get to the Apple user login window, which I do to be finally presented with the following screen. If you not the second screen shot, the Apple ID balance shows as Rs. 1100

Anyways, I click "Manage Payments" and I am presented with the following

So if you see, clicking "Manage Payments" does not let me go to the editing payment options, only to top up the Apple Id balance which again I am unable to use.

So neither can I subscribe to apple TV via UPI nor I am able to change the payment method away from UPI. Stuck in this loop if someone can help
