Purchased a movie on AppleTV but unable to watch it.

I purchased The Hunger Games - Catching Fire. I can watch it on my iPad but cannot watch it using a FireStick & the AppleTV app. I even tried to purchase it again, but it says I already bought it! I don't know why I can't watch it on my TV. All the other movies I've bought are available to watch.

  1. Try quitting and relaunching the Apple TV app.
  2. Try signing out for your Apple ID account on this app, then immediately sign in again, to refresh the Library.
  3. If the issue persists, then check for Fire TV software updates, and apply if available.
  4. If the issue still persists, then delete and reinstall the Apple TV app.
  5. Else contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
