I purchased The Hunger Games - Catching Fire. I can watch it on my iPad but cannot watch it using a FireStick & the AppleTV app. I even tried to purchase it again, but it says I already bought it! I don't know why I can't watch it on my TV. All the other movies I've bought are available to watch.

I contacted Apple support & they were able to get my movie to display on Apple TV+. Evidently, it was hidden. She logged into my Mac Pro laptop & was able to help me fix the problem.

What happens instead? Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?
I don’t get an error message. It just doesn’t show up in the list of my other movies.
