How to restore my own Apple ID in iPhone?

Someone scammed me by texting me that he dropped his phone and it stopped working, he asked me to enter his icloud to my phone. As soon as I did that he changed the password, I restored the Iphone and it is still in his account. Now I am stuck with a locked Iphone, does someone has any solution?
