my air pods keep flashing amber and it won’t let me connect and i can’t reset them

my air pods won’t connect they keep flashing white every time i open them without me clicking the back button so i erased it off my icloud now i can’t connect them and they keep flashing amber i also can’t reset them

Air pods pro 2 won’t reset at all no matter what I do. I’ve tried cleaning them, doing the hold the button thing forget then then retry resetting it seam like it’s not connecting on the right pad in the case I’ve tried pushing down on it while holding the button ( nothing) if I push on it a certain way it starts to feed back in the case but only in the right pod not the left.
