iPhone 15 Pro Max not connecting or showing any Bluetooth Devices

Hi everyone, I’ve just upgraded my phone to a 15 Pro Max in the last two weeks and was super disappointed to discover this issue AFTER I’d upgraded.


I’ve been trying to connect my phone to our JBL sound bar for a week now - without having any luck and it’s never been an issue with any of our other devices or my old IPhone 12.


I’ve tried all the tips, tricks and suggestions (Restarting both devices, resetting my phone, turning Bluetooth on/off, Making sure my phones updated etc) and have contacted Apple Support via phone which wasn’t helpful.


Their next step is to book me in to go and have it checked out in store but due to medical reasons I both need a phone and can’t really leave the house at the moment (Fluorescent Lights/Movement around me etc trigger my Vestibular Migraines). Not to mention the closest store to us is 2hrs away…


Has anyone managed to find a work around for this issue? Or was a class action ever started since I’ve seen it mentioned a few times?
