FYI the iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13, if it is another device you are looking to update I have put some steps below.

If you are attempting to update your device here are some steps that can help:

1. You can update your device from your iPhone manually if you don't have an automatic turned-on you can update the device manually.
2. You can also update your device using your computer
