I just charged my mouse overnight. Now I come back to it and it says "Mouse Battery Very Low". Does this mean I need a new mouse?

You didn't mention which exact mouse you are referring to in your post, nor how long you have had it ... but based on what you did provide, it appears that the mouse's rechargeable battery can no longer maintain a charge.
After taking the Community, I asked my son and he said that happened to him at one time so he switched from charging the mouse from his computer to a wall plug instead. So I tried it and so far it is working.

The battery may be cooked, OR the batter sensor could be broken. My headphones don't accurately show their battery, even when they're full.
