How to fix Apple Music when songs show zero seconds and won't progress?

my Apple Music app stops working every couple weeks even though all of my music is downloaded and I have plenty of space. It shows the song as zero seconds and it won’t progress. (similar to a scenario where you play on downloaded music without service). I have tried to change the quality of music lowering it down to the worst setting and it still does it. Has anyone found a fix, or can relate to this problem, I’m almost ready to go to a different streaming service
