Unless this person has had physical access to your phone while it was unlocked, "hacking" is not what is causing whatever problem you're having with your phone.
It would be helpful if you started by explaining what problems you're having with the phone. If you do that, someone will probably be able to help you figure out the actual problem and help you resolve it.
