Apple ID purchase My country doesn’t have apple stores (I got an iPad as a gift from a relative who bought it in the US and shipped it here)so I got a paid app, procreate through a third party that decided to create an Apple ID instead of the one I originally made and for the past year I’ve been trying to somehow shift the purchase from the id he made to the id I made. I don’t do family sharing, I am the only user. it’s been a year and I can’t update procreate because I forgot the password to the id he made (I logged out instantly because I didn’t want to be tracked or share an email he even named the iPad after his shop and I tried so hard to remove it but I just can’t get rid of it for some reason tho I turned off the location sharing thing.) and now I’m locked out of that account. I hate this situation. All of this would’ve been unnecessary if apple just had shops in Bangladesh, I can’t do anything now and I’m so angry. I hate this brand and how unnecessarily difficult it is. if anyone knows how I can do anything to atleast improve the situation, I’d appreciate that.

Gifting a leased iPhone to son in another country with expired ID can i go into the apple store lease a phone and instead of leaving with a phone have them ship it to my son who is out of state? and also when he picks it up does it matter if his id is expired?
