How can I renew Apple Care+ for my iPad

I have had my iPad for a few years now, I bought Apple Care+ after I bought the iPad as it was shown in the setting. Recently I found out that it has been expired for a long time now. I had thought that the Apple Care+ auto renews every year. Now that it’s expired, the iPad says that it no longer has coverage to certain services. Is there a way that I can renew the Apple Care+ at all?

The one-time payment plan expires after 1 to 3 years depending on the product.

The monthly or annual plans end when Apple stops making parts for that model.

Regardless of which one you have, it can't be resumed now.

An expired AppleCare+ plan can be renewed within 30-days of plan expiry. After 30-days, the opportunity to renew the expired plan has been lost:

New AppleCare+ plans are only available within 60-days of purchasing a new device. As such, you'll not be able to start a fresh plan where an existing plan has expired.

Sorry, but you're out of luck...
