my Apple Watch is not being connected to my phone with iOS 17.4.1.
is it not usable anymore ?

Hi,
I have tried to reset the watch and connect it and every time I do that it goes back to the restart and ask to me to set up again and when I start doing set up it takes to back to the set up again.
