I’m pregnant af right and now and I accidentally hit the wrong button on the screen time app in settings. I think it deleted all my history??? I’m hoping I can get back in to see my history, is there any possible way to do that?

What history?
i used to be able to check on my screen time week to week for the time I have had this phone. Now there’s no Info on it prior to today.
Accidentally turned my screen time off and now I can’t access any of my history
