Challenges that don't appear and don't sync to Apple Watch

Good morning, on my Apple Watch series 7 and 9 I no longer see the special challenges and I can't synchronize the last 3 won. While on the iPhone everything appears. I hope Apple makes more of them since they don't cost them anything and besides being good for the body, they're fun.
