Meta Business Suite "Network error" on Iphone

Our company has a Facebook fanpage and I'm appointed to be one of the persons looking after the page. Everything is fine on my Dell laptop, but on the opposite the app doesn't work at all on my Iphone. I tried different ways: updating, reinstalling, checking the connection... but still failed.

Any ideas how to fix this, please?

X app crashing upon opening in iPadOS 18.5 The X app keeps crashing upon opening in iPadOS 18.5, on both my iPad Pro M4 and my iPad Pro 11" (2018). I tried all the suggested fixes: restarted iPad; deleted and redownloaded X app; shut down iPad then restarted and redownloaded app; reset Network Settings; even turned off Apple Intelligence, but X app still crashes immediately after signing-in when app begins to load. The app works okay on my iPhones (iPhone Pro Max 11 and 16) running iOS 18.5, but not on either iPad. I sent this info to @X as well, but have not received a response as yet. I haven't noticed this problem when using other apps, but have seen reports that others have after updating to iPadOS 18.5. Can anyone suggest a remedy that I haven't already tried that will fix this issue, or is it an issue with the app itself? Thanks!

iPhone Facebook you are currently offline your internet connection was restored. Every time I open my Facebook app on my iPhone 14 Pro, it repeatedly says “you are offline”, seconds later it says “your network connection has been restored”, then offline/online repeatedly! This is NOT a network issue. It happens regardless of whether I am on Wifi or cellular and on ALL wifi networks including my home one, which has excellent bandwidth and wifi coverage. This does not happen on my laptop only my iPhone. Why would @SravanKrA make this comment on a previous post, "Facebook is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Facebook Help Center | Facebook?" This does not happen on my laptop, iPhone only. It comes and goes at times and it started again when an IOS update happened. I don't think this is a FB Developer issue but rather Apple's IOS update.

Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh.

Make sure Background App Refresh is turned on and specifically enabled for Meta Business Suite.

Search for "Meta Business Suite Down" to see if there are any outage reports. --> Status and outages of Meta business products

Meta Business Suite is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Contact Meta Verified Support for your verified business
