iPhone 12 Pro Push Notifications not showing up

A few weeks ago I realized I was missing push notifications from certain apps, but I’ve realized it’s ALL apps except for the Apple ones (Messages, reminders, timer). For example, Instagram, Beli, BeReal, Gmail’s etc.

I’ve checked already that notifications are allowed for all these apps both within the app and within iPhone settings.

I also have the newest software update iOS 17.4.1. What are my next times? Do I have to reset?
