Not getting any junk mail

I have a Hotmail account on my iPad/iphone. I used to get tons of junk mail, now I’m not getting any. I haven’t knowingly changed any settings, but I have just purchased a new iPad & transferred the data over from the old one. I am concerned that I am now missing important emails that used to go to the junk folder. I can not find any junk filter settings. Please advise. Thank you.
