iOS Device logs - what information are kept in these logs and how long is it stored for?

I have an incident that occurred around January that requires investigations. I would need to prove at the time of the incident I did not open an app which is used to generate passcode. Is this information that would be captured in device logs - like what application was opened on a particular date? Or how often an app was opened and used? Is there a repository where we can find out what information is captured by device logs? Also how long are device logs stored on the phone itself, for logs back in January 2024, would it still be recoverable from device? Thanks in advance.
