I have two examples of a tune on the desktop, neither will play. When I go to the same tune in the iTunes app, it plays, repeatedly. What's goin on, anybody know? thanks, Frank in Portland

Frank, Not quite sure what you mean. If the file is on your desktop, right-click it and choose Open With > iTunes. What happens?
