I have two iPads 6th Generation; stopped working after upgrading to iOS 16.xx

I have two iPads 6th Generation; model number MR7K2CL/A, IOS 17.4.1 S/N GG7X21DFJF8N when I charge the iPad, it charge to 59% it starts OK, if I turned off it will not start; I leave it, when I try to start the iPad it will not start until the battery deplete below 50% charge; it will start? any suggestion; This happened after deploying to 17.4.1.

iOS 17 after updating my iPad to iOS 17, a few problems occured: - my iPad keep shutting down and turned on on itself after 1-2 minutes use - i need to power off my iPad to charge it - my iPad’s battery percentage display (example: from 100% to 98% to 82% to 89% to 56% to 60% and so on)

iPad shows 1%charge tries to restart continuously but no charging cable or adapter seems to work. i think it’s about a 2021 11 inch pro. Was working fine until I let it shut itself down at 1%. Now it just seems like it can’t connect to anything that would charge it.
