iPhone and Iwatch and iPad missed 3 phone calls from the same group.
I called my iPhone after the 3rd missed call and confirmed that my iPhone, iwatch and IPad were working receiving phone calls.
The area codes were 859 and 817.
It can be that when you missed the call there was something wrong with your cellular reception at that time
