I accidentally deleted two apps on my iPhone home screen last night can I retrieve them? Is there a deleted app that I can go to to find out what they are?

you can! If you only deleted them from the Home Screen please swipe all the way left until you've reached the App Library, and find the app there. Please press and hold it and select move to home screen
If you have completely deleted the app go to the App Store to download it anew.
