Signed into Apple TV on my girlfriend's Mac, now I am seeing all her podcasts, playlists, etc. on my phone

I signed into my Apple TV account on my girlfriends MacBook so that she could watch Ted Lasso. Since then all of her podcast subscriptions and Apple Music playlists have started showing up on my phone. We have separate iCloud accounts so I am not sure how this is happening. Now I have to sift through all her stuff to get to my music, podcasts, etc. How do I resolve this?
