I want to change the All-Day Event Alert Time for Calendar Events but I can't find the setting. 09:00 the day of is way too late and 09:00 the day before is even less useful. I need to be able to change the time to day of at a time I'm at home and can prepare for said All-Day Event. For me, that's 06:00 or 06:15, but I know that will vary from person to person. How do we change this default time to something useful?

There is currently no way to change the default time for an all day event. One option is to add a timed event at the time you want the alert for the all day event, or create a custom all day event specifying a start and end time.
