Apple Mail signatures disappeared after reinstall of SBCGlobal mail account

Apple had me remove and reinstall my SBCGlobal account in Apple Mail to fix email connection problems with ATT.

Then the Mail Signatures disappeared

They are now under the All Signatures list.

I tried copy/paste from All Sigs list, but it did not retain the URLs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
