There is a group message I deleted from my iPhone but it is still coming to my Watch

I was in a group text thread that I deleted off of my phone because let’s be honest sometimes they just get annoying and when you’re stuck on a thread with android phones, you can’t just leave so I deleted it, it doesn’t show up on my phone anymore but for whatever reason it still shows up on my Apple Watch
