Apple Fitness+ workouts not showing complete

I am a Fitness+ junky and am on track to finishing my 2,000th workout this month. Very occasionally (but at an increasing rate…perhaps once a month), completed workouts fail to show the check mark that notes a workout as having been completed. This a very very tiny reward for the hard work I put in and when it doesn't appear it is frustrating. This isn't a "temporary" thing… if it doesn't show up then it never will on either the phone or the AppleTV. That said the workout shows up properly on in daily summary under "Workouts" as a workout completed for the day and I can click on it to see it in Fitness+ (again, without the checkmark).
