DEFAULT border style of cells: Numbers; iPhone

I want the borders on all table cells on all tables in every document to default to 1pt weight black solid.

No, selecting the table and scrolling down to the grid selecting all lines and changing the weight does not change the DEFAULT.

I don’t want to have to do the above every single time I cut, move, etc. a cell. I want the DEFAULT changed.
