I am unable to send to receive messages on my MacBook Pro

So I have added my appleID to my messages and they are still not sending are receiving, I'm not sure what I am doing so wrong. If someone could please help me out and tell me how to possible fix it

it takes a while to get everything sync-ed up.

Also, try a Restart.


Remember that messages sent to non-Apple users will Literally be sent though your iPhone, which must be in cellular range, powered on, and be subscribed to a plan that includes messaging. Check settings on your phone to be certain that Mac is approved destination.
