Can I retrieve my past Apple Music streaming data for stats tracking?

I had an Apple Music subscription for over a year, but it has expired. I want to download my past streaming data to insert into a stats tracking app. If I resubscribe to Apple Music and request a copy of the data, will it include my data from prior to the resubscription, or only after?
