Why is the "Favorite Artists" category now Radio Stations and not gateways to artists' respective catalogs?

I utilize the "Favorite Artists" category as quick and easy access to navigate their respective catalogs, yet now that they are Radio Stations it is useless to me. I don't see any option to change this back and I cannot think of a substitute method at the moment.
