looking for messages on my apple watch

My phone was stolen, I need to see my iMessage that was a few months ago on my phone, can I look at them on apple watch that is a trusted device to my apple id?? It only goes back like 2 weeks from what i can see on the watch.

I need these messages BADD..... FOR A LAW SUIT IM IN. AND I NEED THE EVIDENCE.

PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO GET TO THESE MESSAGES THAT ARE DATED IN FEB 2024 AND ITS MAY 2024 NOW.
