"Itunes cannot read the contents of the iphone" error message

I can no longer update my iphone 13 pro with music from my itunes library on my windows 64 pc. it used to work, now it doesnt.

I have restore the iphone as suggested - didnt work

I have re-installed itunes on my laptop - didnt work

I have changed cables several times (cables work fine for my daughters iphone)

I have tried another laptop - same error, didnt work

HELP - what can I do now?
