Seems .Ink files generally work on computers with Windows OS.

There's a discussion thread (link below) on a similar question to yours, and that has several helpful replies, that seemed to have worked for others:

Eg: If the .Ink files are not hidden, try copying them to the hard drive on the Mac, and you may be able to open the copies ok.
