My iPhone battery draining faster after iOS 17.4.1 update

After last update, the battery is dropping quickly at about 50% faster than usual.

is it possible to downgrade?

It is not possible to downgrade but this can be caused due to indexing if the update was not long ago. If it was longer ago, a forced restart might help


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
