Unknown Part - Camera

Getting the message that Apple is unable to determine if my camera is a genuine Apple part. I have NEVER had a repair, nor any parts replaced. This just started happening a few months ago and my camera has been malfunctioning in a number of ways since. I’ve seen a lot of people with the same issue on here but still no solutions I’m aware of…?
