My App account access was disabled (not iCloud account) for reasons I still am not able find.
As such I have been requesting my Data privacy reports. My ‘Apple ID Account Information’ shows the following:
”Apple Cross Border Consent” is pending.
Does anyone know what ‘Apple Cross Border Consent’ is?

Certain countries or regions have restrictions on personal information moving to another country or region. There are various procedures Apple has to follow to be in compliance with the laws of both countries/regions.
I can’t provide an exact answer without more specifics. However, you data is stored in compliance with country your in or were in when you opened your account. Some countries limit access to data. When data crosses borders it may be necessary to fulfill various legal requirements for you to obtain a copy where you currently reside.
