powerbeats pro and case missing and not in FindMy. what can i do to locate them?

I last had my Powerbeat Pros in a hotel, in another city. I’ve only had them for maybe 3 weeks.

A previously searched answer said get the serial number, which I have, and contact Apple Support. However, that just takes me to FindMy app which shows “ no location”. What can I do with this serial number? How will it help?
