Typing issues in Apple Mail on iPad Pro 11-inch 3rd Gen

Using Apple Mail, I keep getting issues of blue outlines around any box I type in.

Been happening ever since I downloaded the new iOS.

Also trying to put a space between words in various apps is an issue too.

The former is constant.

The latter more sporadic.

Just a tadge annoying.

Any help, much appreciated.
