When I tap on my photo in my Apple ID, I get my friends name. In addition when my phone auto fills any details on websites it adds my friends name and address/tel number. I have no idea why or how to correct this, please help as it is driving me crazy! 🤪

Also check to make sure that you have the right contact card selected. Go to Settings>Contacts>My Info. Do you see your name there? Or someone else's? Even if you see yours, tap and make sure that it really has your information.

Are you possibly sharing the same Apple ID? if so, stop. Sharing an Apple ID gets ~everything tangled.
